physical/mental/emotional/spiritual trainers
of those of us that care a lot about our physical health, and have sufficient privilege, many have “physical trainers”. it might be wise for nearly everybody to have such a resource, as our physical health can contribute to our general well-being, and our ability to contribute to the general well-being of others.
so, maybe physical is important. what about mental? emotional?...
