benjaminstein: OMG!  An article about Meat Week in the Huffington Post! Meat Week is what Rachel calls Passover.  He’s a vegatarian, but gives it up every year during Passover.  While the rest of us suffer through a long, annoying week of religious dietary restrictions, for Rachel it’s the best gastronomical week of the year!
